CalcDuck has no accounts, checkout, advertising network, lead-generation form or newsletter signup. This page explains the limited information that can still be handled when you use the site.
Calculator inputs
Calculations run in your browser. The values you enter are not sent to a CalcDuck database or saved to an account.
If you choose Copy with settings, the values are put into the copied link so the same calculation can be reopened. Anyone who receives that link can read those values, and opening it sends the full URL to the hosting infrastructure as part of the normal web request. Do not use the share link for information you consider sensitive.
Anonymous traffic analytics
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and understand which pages are useful. Vercel describes this product as anonymous, cookie-free analytics based on aggregated data. CalcDuck also removes query strings before an analytics event is sent, so values from a shared calculator link are not included in that event.
Vercel separately operates the hosting infrastructure and may process request information needed to deliver and protect the site. You can read Vercel's Web Analytics privacy documentation and privacy notice.
If you email a correction or question, the message necessarily contains your email address and anything you choose to include. It is used to read and respond to your message. Do not email sensitive calculator inputs.
